About Me

I am a NASM certified trainer with an obsession of health and fitness. I have been educating myself and training my body for over 10 years and I have tried every possible workout to understand how the human body responds.

What I have learned through the years is that we always need to shock our bodies, that is how we take it to the next level. We have to be in a constant state of being uncomfortable in order to change our mind and bodies- sounds weird but it is completely true.

My programs are designed for you to have a completely different workout each time, there are no repeat exercise circuits, every single one is unique.
